💼 Initial Retention Fee – $2500

This $2500 payment is a required retainer to begin your case review. It allows our team to immediately begin the expert second opinion process on your medical images.

After the review is complete:

  • If your case is simple (e.g., a single MRI), your final cost may be lower. You will receive a partial refund.
Example: Final fee $900 → You get $1600 back
  • If your case is complex, you may be billed for the additional balance.
Example: Final fee $3,500 → You pay $1000 more
  • Final invoice is due within 30 days (Net 30) of receiving your report.
🔒 All case data is handled securely and in full compliance with HIPAA regulations. We never share your information beyond what is required for providing your second opinion.
